We are looking for two colleagues to fill the positions of SHW Expert
The project consists of investments for the treatment and distribution of water and the collection and purification of waste water that will be implemented for Caraș-Severin County / West Region, in urban and rural areas, and which will result in the connection of these systems for all citizens in this area. and compliance with the provisions of the relevant EU directives.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Certificates Coordinator in matters of health and safety at work on the construction site (higher level), in accordance with the provisions of GD no. 300/2006 and Order 242/2007 issued by the Ministry of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities
Specific professional experience
- Participation in at least 1 (one) contract at the level of capacity to have carried out activities similar to the responsibility requested for this expert by the Terms of Reference.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes, under the coordination of the Team Leader, to the development of the Supervisor’s Supervision Procedures Manual, including the stability of procedures and forms for the execution of supervision services;
- Monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety rules during the execution of works;
- It will verify and ensure compliance by the Contractors with the legal provisions in the field and with the rules of safety and health at work;
- Checks the documents prepared by the Contractors in accordance with the Romanian rules/legislation in the field of OSH (including the Occupational Safety and Health Plan) and presents his conclusions to the respective Resident Engineer;
- It will report to the Team Leader and the respective Resident Engineers, including the Beneficiary, any non-compliance with the OSH provisions observed on the Construction Site, and as the case may be, will propose to them the suspension of the execution until the non-compliance is remedied;
- Assistance in identifying the causes that led to the occurrence of work accidents/incidents on the construction site, recording, declaring and keeping records of work accidents and occupational diseases, technical accidents and breakdowns;
- Other responsibilities and duties in accordance with the Supervisor’s Manual of Supervisory Procedures.
