We are looking for a colleague to fill the role of Public Procurement Expert
Studies:
- Higher studies in the legal and/or technical and/or economic field;
- Certificate of completion of the public procurement expert program/specialization course.
The experience:
- Professional experience in the field of public procurement of at least 3 years;
- Experience of at least 3 years in the preparation of documentation for participation in public and/or sectoral procurement procedures;
- Experience of at least 2 years in the preparation of award documentation for public and/or sectoral procurement contracts and/or assistance provided to the contracting authority during public procurement procedures is an advantage, preferably including participation as an expert co-opted alongside evaluation committees .
Other requirements:
- Good knowledge of the legislation in the field of public and sectoral procurement in Romania;
- Good knowledge and ability to use SEAP/SICAP;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Good skills using the Microsoft Office package.
