We are looking for two colleagues to fill the positions of AQ/CQ Expert
The project consists of investments for the treatment and distribution of water and the collection and purification of waste water that will be implemented for Caraș-Severin County / Western Region, in urban and rural areas, and which will result in the connection to these systems of all citizens in these areas and compliance with the provisions of the relevant EU directives.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of engineering sciences.
Specific professional experience
- Participation in at least 1 (one) project/contract at the level of which activities similar to the responsibilities requested for this expert have been carried out.
Responsibilities:
- Contributes to the development of the Quality Assurance Manual within the service contract;
- Check the quality control documents required in accordance with Romanian rules/legislation (the Quality Control Plan and the documents specified in this Quality Control Plan), both in the construction phase and in the post-construction phase (Construction Book);
- Ensure assistance for compliance with the Quality Assurance Plan and Law 10/1995;
- Checks the conformity of the quality requirements of the materials and equipment related to the executed works, in accordance with the technical specifications of the works contract and with the legislation in force;
- Checks the completeness and correctness of the documents attached to the Work Situations, which certify the quality of the work execution.
