The investment objective in the study is located in the central area of Timișoara, and the Orșova Jimbolia railway located in this area creates great difficulties in terms of road relations between boulevards and streets located on either side of railways. In other words between the boulevards and streets located between the river Bega and the railway and the streets and boulevards located on the opposite side (which make up the central area of the municipality), the existing connecting streets that cross the railway are located at appreciable distances, one of these streets being also Jiul Street. In order to achieve the new passages and the arrangement of the road intersections at level, including the connecting lanes between the streets, it is necessary to occupy new lands outside the scope of the current streets, lands that generally belong to Timișoara municipality and less private lands.
