The general objective of the technical assistance services is to support the regional operator Compania RAJA SA Constanța in preparing the investment project dedicated to continuing the strategy of expansion and modernisation of water and wastewater infrastructure in the Region of Onești, promoted for financing from POIM 2014 – 2020, by:
- Elaboration of the financing application (including all the supporting documentation) for obtaining the financing from the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014 – 2020, and support during the evaluation period until obtaining the financing,
- Elaboration of award documents for project contracts, and support during the award procedures,
- Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works
