The general objective of the technical assistance services is to support the APAL CANAL NORD-VEST Regional Operator in preparing the investment project dedicated to continuing the strategy of expansion and modernization of water and wastewater infrastructure in Bihor County, promoted for financing from P.O.D.D. 2021 – 2027, by:
- Elaboration of the financing application (including all the supporting documentation) for obtaining the financing from the Sustainable Development Operational Program 2021 – 2027 and support for the evaluation period until obtaining the financing;
- Elaboration of award documents for project contracts, support during the award procedures;
- Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works.
