We are looking for a college to fill the position of Communication and Advertising Expert.

Studies:
- Higher studies in the field of communication/marketing/public relations;
- Certificate of completion of the program/specialization course Communication and advertising expert within the projects with European funding.
The experience:
- Professional experience in the field of communication and advertising in projects with European funding of at least 2 years;
- It is an advantage to nominate and participate as a communication and advertising expert in projects with European funding.
Other requirements:
- Good knowledge of the legislation in the field of communication and advertising in the public and sectoral fields in Romania;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good skills in using the Microsoft Office package and graphic editing programs;
- Driving license category B;
- Availability to travel within the country.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the Project in terms of complying with the information requirements related to the Project and the obligations in terms of information and publicity;
- Contribution to the contract activities according to his specialization (such as but not limited to the transmission of time, assurance and completeness of documents and information; periodic and ad hoc reporting to DRI and AM POIM on the progress of the Project regarding information and information). support during the performance of some control missions regarding the information and publicity of the Project support in the verification/revision of the award documentation for the service and works contracts regarding the specialty during the award procedures; verifying compliance with the obligations of entrepreneurs regarding information and advertising, etc.);
- Expert contribution to the elaboration of reports/documents requested within the Project;
- Carrying out the activity of preparation and implementation of the publicity and promotion campaign of the Project;
- It will prepare and implement the awareness campaign at the level of the target groups;
- Reports to the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader the status of the activities for which he is responsible and the progress made;
- Provides the necessary information for reporting relevant to the activities in which he was involved according to his specialization;
- Ensuring the circulation of information between experts within the team involved in the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensuring the collection and centralization of the data necessary to carry out the activities for which it is responsible;
- Ensuring the maintenance of the provisional and final versions of the documentation submitted to the CA in electronic and physical format;
- Ensure compliance with the archiving system of the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensuring the resolution of problems that arise in the activities for which he is responsible;
- Informs the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader of problems that have arisen and that his level cannot solve;
- Participates in meetings organized with the AC to analyze reports and documents that must be presented drawn up within the activities for which he is responsible;
- Other tasks that the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader will assign according to the needs of the contract;
- Any other responsibilities derived from and/or related to the activities in which it is involved as it results from all other information in the Technical Proposal and/or the annex to this form inclusive.
