Romair Consulting hires a Secretary for a project funded by European funds
The position is available for the city of Onești (Bacău county)
The ideal candidate
- Higher education;
- Very good communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft office – Word, Excel, internet, e-mail);
- Organized, dynamic, efficient person, able to fulfill his responsibilities on time;
- Experience in a similar position in the field of environmental infrastructure is an advantage.
Job description
- Retrieval, registration, multiplication, distribution to the departments involved, filing and archiving of correspondence and messages received within the Onești project office;
- Writing the correspondence necessary for carrying out the daily activity;
- Ensuring the transmission of documents by courier / mail, fax, e-mail;
- Creating the project archive;
- Planning and centralizing small acquisitions within the administrative department;
- Answering telephone calls;
- Coordinates and is responsible for the good development of the secretarial activity;
- Coordinates and organizes the work agenda of the team leader;
- Coordinates the relationship with the collaborators within the project;
- Ensures the protocol of the company’s guests.
