Infrastructure modernization works Moreni Parc Industrial
The objective of the project is to rehabilitate, expand and modernize the infrastructure of the Moreni Industrial Park in order to attract investment, create new jobs and improve the socio-economic climate in the area.
Proposed works for the rehabilitation of the industrial park:
- Construction of 2 new buildings;
- Modernization of 13 industrial halls;
- Equipping industrial halls with specific equipment;
- Modernization and extension of the street system inside the park and of the access streets;
- Extension and modernization of basic utilities (water, gas, etc.);
- Demolition of some buildings;
- Waste removal;
- Other adjacent activities.
