Design services and technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works for the construction of the Odăi residential neighborhood
The location of the “Odai” residential neighborhood is located in the northern part of sector 1, on Sos. Odai no. 3-5. The land, with an area of 2,596 ha, provides for the construction of social housing of collective type which are composed of one, two and three room apartments. The apartments are distributed in nine blocks, consisting of one or more sections, with a height regime Ug + Gf + 4 + At and Ug + Gf + 5 + At. Within the complex, a kindergarten, commercial spaces and green spaces were provided and designed.
The service contract included:
- elaboration of the geotechnical documentation, of the documentations for obtaining the necessary approvals for the issuance of the Urbanism Certificate;
- elaboration of the technical project (including the execution project) and of the documentation for obtaining the Construction Authorization;
- elaboration of the documentation for the auction of the execution works;
- providing technical assistance for the entire period of execution of construction works.
