Human resources development

The project aims to improve the quality of human resources in six rural communities in the Northeast Region, by attracting and facilitating integration into the labor market in non-agricultural activities and by education, counseling and entrepreneurial assistance of the unemployed, people looking for a place labor as well as persons employed in subsistence agriculture.

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of human resources in five rural communities in the Southwest Region, by attracting and facilitating integration into the labor market in non-agricultural activities and by education, counseling and entrepreneurial assistance of the unemployed, people in looking for a job and people employed in subsistence agriculture.

The project aims to improve the quality of human resources in 6 rural communities in the Southeast Region, by attracting and facilitating integration into the labor market in non-agricultural activities and by education, counseling and entrepreneurial assistance of the unemployed, people looking for a place labor and people employed in subsistence agriculture.

The project provides for the implementation of integrated programs for human resources development and employment stimulation in the South-Muntenia Region, increasing the degree of adaptation to the requirements of the modern labor market of the target group by adequate information on labor market characteristics, occupational and training trends, and methods, techniques and tools for finding and maintaining a job.
