The contract provided technical assistance services for the supervision on site of the rehabilitation works:
- Dumbrava drinking water treatment plant;
- Rehabilitation of the Dumbrava treatment plant;
- Extension and rehabilitation of the sewerage system;
- Monitoring the drinking water distribution system.
