Romair Consulting performed the following consulting activities:
1) Ensuring the management activities necessary for the implementation and completion of the project and for the fulfillment by the Contracting Authority of all obligations and conditions provided in the financing contract, including risk management – problems, identified risks and inconsistencies, proposed solutions and recommendations;
2) Ensuring the management of contracts within the project in collaboration with the Contracting Authority;
3) Ensuring the activities of financial-accounting analysis for the fulfillment by the Contracting Authority of all the obligations and conditions provided in the Financing Contract;
4) Ensuring the reporting activities for the fulfillment by the Contracting Authority of all the obligations and conditions provided in the financing contract;
5) Providing assistance services for the development of procurement procedures within the project by the Contracting Authority;
6) Ensuring the monitoring and evaluation of the project activities.
