The objective of the project in which the contract falls is to improve the infrastructure in the water and wastewater sector in Mehedinti County, in order to meet the compliance obligations assumed by the Accession Treaty resulting from European Directive 98/83 / EC on water quality for consumption and Directive 91/271 / EC on urban waste water treatment.
The general objective of the contract is to provide qualified and efficient support to the Regional Operator for the implementation in good conditions of the project by:
- Ensuring an efficient project management (support in project management, support for the acquisition of investment measures from the Project, management of industrial wastewater and sludge, information and publicity campaign of the project, updating of strategic investment planning documents in the sector the water);
- Supervising the works for the implementation of the project.
