The rehabilitation of the included investment objects represents a priority for the Local Council of Rupea City, taking into account the following aspects:
- conservation and capitalization of objects included in the cultural and historical heritage of Rupea City,
- ensuring the safety of car traffic, public transport and pedestrians on the network of streets proposed for rehabilitation within the project, including the construction of an access road to the Rupea Fortress and provision of parking spaces.
In order to achieve these priorities, this project provides for the following types of works:
- fortress rehabilitation works
- rehabilitation works of the road system and of the drinking water supply networks,
- domestic and rainwater drainage, public lighting and electricity system.
