Within this project, Romair Consulting carried out the following activities necessary to ensure a good development of the project implementation in optimal conditions:
- specialized consulting services provided in order to implement the project;
- ensuring the strategic management of the project in order to obtain SAPARD funds;
- preparation of the Financing Application and of the Procurement Files;
- coordination of the team of experts (technical and financial) within the project.
