Integrated waste management system – Constanța

Within the service contract, Romair Consulting provided the following consulting / technical assistance services:

• Participation in the handing over of the sites, the general tracing and of the landmarks related to the works;
• Participation in the reception of works in all determining phases;
• Participating in the elaboration of the notes on the site during the execution of the works from the works contracts;
• Elaboration of technical solutions through site provisions, during the works, in case of modification of the solutions initially established in the project, realization, coordination, provision of specialized technical expertise;
• Preparation of the technical documentation (PT + DE, documentation for obtaining permits, documentation for obtaining building permit, etc.) for the connection of the “Harsova transfer station” objective to the water supply network (L = 560m);
• Elaboration of the points of view regarding the execution of the works and their support before the Reception Commission at the end of the works, according to the provisions of Law no. 10/1995 regarding the quality in constructions;
• Preparation of technical construction books – Chapter “D” – Documentation on operation, maintenance, repair and monitoring of behavior over time for investments for which he provided technical assistance;
• Preparation of the final report of the technical assistance services from the designer during the execution of the works from the previously mentioned works contracts.
