Development of a Geographic Information System with the inventory of information specific to the Real Estate and Urban fields in the city of Mizil; Project area – 500ha, urban.
The aim of the project is to provide high-performance and efficient municipal services by implementing the geographic information system (GIS) and ensuring the use of this system by the specialized departments within the City Hall of Mizil.
The operation and good functionality of the system is ensured by the staff of the City Hall of Mizil who was trained in the use of databases and hardware and software solution (purchased within the project) specific to this application.
The possibility to offer functions regarding the management and exploitation of the cadastral and technical information regarding the buildings (CP, Subparks and buildings) and of the public utility networks on the urban territory administered by the City Hall.
The collection, processing, integration of information in GIS and staff training were provided by our company in order to affect analysis, statistics, etc.
Registration in the land book of lands and buildings belonging to the public and private domain of the city of Mizil.
Development of special modules regarding the evaluation of lands, constructions and urban networks in urban areas, creation and development of a land and constructions market;
Creating a fair tax base for the “taxes and duties” service
