The object of the consulting contract was the elaboration of the General Plan for water supply and sanitation (PGAAS) of Ialoveni District of the Republic of Moldova, which is the strategic document establishing the long-term investment plan of water infrastructure in Ialoveni District, respectively for a period of 30 years, in order to ensure the sustainability of an efficient service for consumers.
The project envisages the sustainable development of water and sewerage systems in Constanţa County and Ialomiţa County by improving the quality of existing services and reducing the negative impact of wastewater discharges according to EU policies and practices and in the context of Priority Axis 1 of SOP Environment.
The objective of the project in which the contract falls is to improve the infrastructure in the water and wastewater sector in Buftea, Corbeanca and Constanța, within the counties of Ilfov and Constanța
