The Ideal Candidate
- Higher studies – economic/engineering;
- Professional experience of at least 3 years, experience on European projects proven with recommendations;
- Availability for travel in the working areas of the Projects;
- English language – intermediate level;
- Very good communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of PC operation;
- Experience in using Microsoft Project;
- Organized person, with experience in project management, dynamic, efficient, able to fulfill his responsibilities on time.
Job description
- Follows the development of the Project and issues internal reports to the Company’s management, regarding the overall status of the Project and the component documents;
- Participate in the periodic monitoring and centralization, with the help of the Financial department, of the level of current expenses compared to the available budget for the Project;
- Ensures the logistical and administrative organization of the provider’s activity;
- Provide, as the case may be, support in the drafting and translation into/from English of the usual correspondence, as well as other documents specific to the activity, as the case may be;
- He is responsible for receiving, distributing and archiving correspondence and establishing and maintaining the contract archive according to legal requirements;
- Ensures the archiving on paper and in electronic format (CD and/or external memories) of all project documents regarding eligible activities and expenses in order to ensure an adequate audit trail, in accordance with the provisions of the Community and national legislation, according to the provisions of the financing contract;
- Other responsibilities and attributions in accordance with the Methodology and Organization proposed by the provider for the performance of the activities and sub-activities defined according to the Terms of Reference;
- Reports to the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader the status of the activities for which he is responsible and the progress recorded;
- Ensures the circulation of information between the experts within the team involved in the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensuring the transmission of documents by courier/post, fax, e-mail;
- Ensures the collection and centralization of the data necessary to carry out the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensures the maintenance of the provisional and final versions of the documentation handed over to the Beneficiary in electronic and physical format;
- Ensures compliance with the archiving system at the level of the activities for which it is responsible;
- Ensures the resolution of problems that arise at the level of the activities for which he is responsible;
- Informs the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader of the problems that have arisen and which he cannot solve at his level;
- Can participate in meetings for the analysis of reports and documents that must be presented drawn up within the activities for which he is responsible;
- Other tasks that the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader will assign according to the needs of the contract;
- Provides the necessary information for the Provider’s Reports relevant to the activities in which he was involved according to his specialization;
- Any other responsibilities derived from and/or correlated with the activities in which it is involved as it results from all other information in the Technical Proposal and/or its annexes including Forms.
