We are looking for a colleague to fill the position of Communication and Advertising Expert
Working city: Bucharest
Studies:
- Higher studies in the field of communication/marketing/public relations
- Certificate of completion of the program/specialization course Communication and advertising expert within the projects with European funding
The experience:
- Professional experience in the field of communication and advertising in projects with European Funding for at least 2 years
- It is an advantage to nominate and participate as a communication and advertising expert in projects with European funding
Other requirements:
- Good knowledge of the legislation in the field of communication and advertising within public and sectoral procurements in Romania
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Good skills in using the Microsoft Office package and graphic editing programs
- Driving license category B
- Availability to travel within the country
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and monitoring of the implementation of the Project in terms of complying with the information requirements related to the Project and the obligations in terms of information and publicity;
- Contribution to the performance of contract activities, according to his specialization (such as, but not limited to, ensuring the timely, correct and complete transmission of documents and information; periodic and ad hoc reporting to DRI and AM POIM regarding the progress of the Project regarding information and publicity; support during the performance of some control missions regarding the information and publicity of the Project; support in the verification/revision of the award documentation for service and works contracts on aspects of information and publicity regarding the Project; specialized support during the performance of the award procedures; verifying compliance with the obligations of entrepreneurs regarding information and advertising; etc.);
- Expert contribution to the elaboration of the reports/documents requested within the Project;
- Realization of the preparation activity and implementation of the publicity and promotion campaign of the Project;
- It will prepare and implement the awareness campaign at the level of the target groups;
- Reports to the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader the status of the activities for which he is responsible and the progress made;
- Provides the necessary information for the Reports relevant to the activities in which he was involved according to his specialization;
- Ensure the circulation of information between the experts within the team involved in the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensures the collection and centralization of the data necessary to carry out the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensure the maintenance of the provisional and final versions of the documentation submitted to the AC in electronic and physical format;
- Ensure compliance with the archiving system at the level of the activities for which he is responsible;
- Ensures the resolution of problems that arise at the level of the activities for which he is responsible;
- Informs the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader of the problems that have arisen and which he cannot solve at his level;
- Participates in the meetings organized with the AC for the analysis of the reports and documents to be presented drawn up within the activities for which he is responsible;
- Other tasks that the Team Leader/Deputy Team Leader will assign according to the needs of the contract;
- Any other responsibilities derived from and/or related to the activities in which it is involved as it results from all other information in the Technical Proposal and/or annexes to this including Forms.
