We are looking for a colleague to fill the position of Heating Technical Expert – Principal Expert.
The project consists of investments for the rehabilitation of the heating system of the Municipality of Bucharest.
The general objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency by reducing thermal energy losses recorded on the transport networks of the heating agent, reducing the negative impact of the level of polluting emissions caused by SACET in order to improve the quality of life of the population of Bucharest at the level of 2028 and to ensure compliance with the environmental obligations established by the Treaty of Accession of Romania to the EU.
Technical expert requirements:
- University studies completed with a bachelor’s degree – qualification level – 4 valid before the entry into force of the National/European Qualifications Framework (2013) and qualification level 5 after the entry into force of the National Qualifications Framework (2013) in discipline civil engineering / installation engineering / environmental engineering / mechanical engineering / hydrotechnical constructions or equivalent;
- General knowledge of computer operation in MS Word and Excel;
- General professional experience of at least 5 years;
- Participation in at least 4 projects in the field of environmental infrastructure of similar complexity to that related to the contract to be awarded, within which to have held responsibilities of the nature of those related to the position for which it is proposed (technical expert/engineer or other equivalent or higher positions her in terms of responsibilities.
Job description:
- Studying the technical project, execution details, specifications, technologies and procedures provided for the realization of the construction, verifying the existence of all written and drawn parts, their correlation, compliance with the regulations regarding the verification of projects by certified verifiers, verifying the existence in the project of the provisions regarding the determining phases as well as the quality control program, verifying the existence of all approvals, agreements, as well as compliance with the legal provisions regarding technical documentation.
- Can participate in the evaluation commission as a co-opted external expert, at the request of the Contracting Authority;
- Monitoring the stage of obtaining by the Contractors the approvals/agreements and the building authorization, as well as the fulfillment of the legal conditions regarding this;
- Participation in the handing over of the site to the Contractors, in the general drawing of the construction, in establishing the landmark booms, of the land reserved for the organization of the construction site;
- Periodic verification of the identification panels of the construction/investment;
- Examining the eligibility, registration of the Sub-Contractors proposed by the entrepreneurs, with a view to their approval;
- Analyzes, verifies and approves the proposals of the Supervision Consultant regarding the approval/rejection of the execution program submitted by the contractors, as well as its updating/revision;
The technical expert:
- It will be available throughout the duration of the service contract, with intermittent presence during the warranty period;
- He will have his work point at the Provider’s central office, participating in meetings with the Beneficiary, as requested, with the exception of field trips requested by the Beneficiary or agreed with it.
