On March 22, 2017, Calarasi, Romair Consulting signed the service contract that will provide technical assistance services for the preparation of the financing application and award documents for the regional project for the development of water and wastewater infrastructure for the area of operation of the regional operator ECOAQUA SA in Călărași and Ialomița counties, between 2014 and 2020.
Following the implementation of the project, the regional operator will expand its operating area in many localities in Călărași and Ialomița counties.
The investments proposed within the Large Infrastructure Operational Program 2014 – 2020 aim at the development of water and wastewater infrastructure:
- 20 drinking water treatment plants;
- approximately 80 km of supply pipes;
- 20 drinking water pumping stations;
- approximately 450 km of water distribution networks;
- approximately 400 km of sewerage networks;
- 80 wastewater pumping stations;
- approximately 65 km of discharge pipes;
- 15 treatment plants.
Within the project, Romair Consulting will provide technical assistance services for the preparation of the financing application and supporting documents, the documentation for awarding works and services contracts, as well as technical assistance from the designer during the works.
