Integrated solid waste management system – Călărași

Within the service contract, the Provider Romair Consulting provided consulting / technical assistance services, according to the specifications within the award documentation and according to the offer submitted within the service procurement procedure:

• Activities in the pre-construction phase
• Activities during the mobilization of the Contractor
• Activities during construction
• Activities during the reception period at the end of the works
• Activities during the defect notification period
• Activities at the end of the works contracts

The specific objectives of the service contract were:

• Technical assistance for the supervision of the works so as to ensure a high level of quality of the works in accordance with the legal provisions, especially with the Law 10/1995 on the Quality in Constructions and with other regulations in force;
• Monitoring and supervision of construction works in accordance with the legal provisions, especially with Law no. 10/1995 on Quality in Constructions, with ISC Order 154/2010, and with other regulations in force;
• Ensuring constructions and works of a high technical, technological quality and within the contractual values ​​concluded and in the approved budget of the project, with professional, authorized personnel and with experience in the implementation of projects in environmental infrastructure and waste management;
• Ensuring the reception of goods and equipment, carrying out technological tests and putting into operation the production capacities, the receptions at the end of the works in accordance with the regulations in force;
• Ensuring the realization by the Contractors of the remedies and reaching the performance levels and the quality requirements established by the project both in the construction phase and during the defect notification period (during the warranty period).
