The project aims at revitalizing the spa resort Techirghiol through rehabilitation and modernization of the treatment pavilions Băile Reci, Băile Saline and Vila Lucia, landscaping works of the central park and the cliff, rehabilitation of the water supply and sewerage network on the main streets of the city.
