The general objective of the project “Rehabilitation and modernisation of the water supply and sewerage system in Ilfov county”, of which this contract is part, is to improve the infrastructure in the water and wastewater sector in the project area of Ilfov county – Bragadiru, Branești, Cernica, Ciorogârla, Cornetu, Dobroești, Domnești and Pantelimon, in order to fulfill the compliance obligations assumed by the Accession Treaty .
The contract covers a wide range of services designed both to provide qualified support to the Regional Operator Apa-Canal Ilfov SA in order to implement in good conditions the Investment Project financed by POS Environment, and to improve the Operator’s capacity to manage water and wastewater infrastructure from the operating area through the development of modern systems (GIS, hydraulic modeling, water loss management, SCADA) and the development of strategic investment planning documents in the improvement and expansion of infrastructure for the benefit of consumers in the operating area.
