The general objectives of the project include improving the quality and access of consumers to water and wastewater infrastructure in Dolj County, by providing water supply and wastewater services in accordance with applicable law and obligations assumed by Romania by the Treaty accession, in particular those resulting from European Directive 98/83 / EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption and Directive 91/271 / EC on the treatment of urban waste water.
The contract includes both design services according to the legislation applicable to some works in the project, as well as technical assistance services from the designer during the execution of some works in the Project, according to the provisions of Law no. 10/1995 regarding the quality in constructions.
The works contracts targeted by the services are:
- CL 1 Rehabilitation and extension of water and sewerage networks in Craiova
- CL 5 Rehabilitation and extension of water and sewerage networks in Filiasi
- CL 7 New water and sewerage networks in Poiana Mare
- CL11 Water sources, water network extensions and new sewerage network in Dabuleni, Calarasi and Bechet
