The ideal candidate
- Completed technical or economic studies (high school/university level);
- General professional experience of at least 2 years;
- English language – intermediate level;
- Very good communication skills;
- Very good knowledge of PC operation;
- Organized, dynamic, efficient person, able to fulfill his responsibilities on time;
- Experience in projects financed from public funds is an advantage.
Job description
- Receiving, registering, multiplying, distributing to the departments involved, filing and archiving the correspondence and messages received;
- Drafting the correspondence necessary to carry out the daily activity;
- Ensuring the transmission of documents by courier/post, fax, e-mail;
- Translation of documents;
- Planning and centralizing small purchases within the administrative department;
- Coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of secretarial activities;
- Coordination and organization of the team leader’s work agenda;
- Ensuring the good organization of team members’ travel;
- Coordination of the relationship with the company’s collaborators;
- Ensuring the protocol of company guests.
